What is built, and what is not
The ingestion, reconciliation and sign-off path works end to end: upload and malware scan, four parsers, four-way matching, manual overrides under dual control, a tamper-evident audit ledger, and a filing package.
Tally Prime and Zoho Books synchronise supplier bills directly. Withholding determinations are recorded per vendor and the workings computed against them. Amounts are compared exactly, to the paisa, because no materiality tolerance has been approved by a qualified reviewer.
SAP and the GSTN filing API are not built: both are candidates with no approved connector profile, so nothing here files a return. Reading a scanned document is a person, not a machine — no OCR provider is approved, so the four machine extraction routes refuse with a recorded reason and manual entry is the path that works.
Sign-in is email and password with an optional authenticator app. Google and Microsoft sign-in are not built: the API already accepts tokens from any OIDC provider, but the browser redirect flow and the client registration behind it are a separate piece of work.
The statutory rule version in force is a fixture that declares itself unfit for reliance, and it covers financial year 2026-27 only. Verify every figure against the statute before relying on it.
